Our plastic injection molding manufacturing facilities are proudly located in Grand Rapids, Michigan and have been since our founding in 1973. Agapé Plastics continue to grow and expand to meet our customers’ molding needs.
Our manufacturing footprint is 144,000 sq. ft. with the capability of supporting up to a 2,000-ton horizontal press with room to expand. We offer:
- 46 injection molding machines
- 230 full-time employees (non-union)
- 3 shifts – 24 hours/day – 5 days/week
Our machine list includes both vertical and horizontal presses equipped to handle a variety of thermoplastic materials. Mold types include prototype, family, multiple cavitation, and production. We also perform metal to plastic conversion. Our machines are computer controlled for precision and accuracy, and range from 85 tons to 1,650 tons in clamping force and 3 to 160 ounce barrel capacity.
